Good handbag, mixed delivery

Decent jacket, slow support

AFAIK, they usually have free shipping on all orders. I've never had to use a code for it when I've ordered.

I returned a jacket last month and it wasn't too bad. You gotta go through their process online, but it was pretty straightforward. Got my refund within a week or so after they received it.

Returns were okay. Just make sure you follow their instructions, I think you usually pay for return shipping though unless it's their mistake.

It's a real site, I've ordered a few times. Quality is hit or miss sometimes but I wouldn't call it a scam. It's pretty much on par with places like Romwe.

Yeah, I usually wear a medium and ordered a medium top from them and it fit fine. Not like those other places where you need to order 2 sizes bigger.

Honestly, it's pretty similar to Shein. Some items are surprisingly good for the price, others are what you'd expect from fast fashion. I'd say the quality is comparable.

I'd put them in the same category as Shein or Zaful. You get what you pay for, decent for trendy stuff but don't expect luxury. Sometimes I find Oujdo's sizing a little more consistent though.
